AdeevaTours Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AdeevaTours, we understand that plans can change. We strive to make our cancellation and refund process as clear and fair as possible.

1. General Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team. The date we receive the written notification will be the date used to determine any applicable refund amount.

Refund amounts depend entirely on the specific tour, activity, accommodation, or package booked, as well as the notice period prior to the scheduled service date.

2. Standard Refund Schedule (Applies to Most Tours & Activities)

Unless otherwise stated on the specific tour/package page, the following standard refund schedule applies:

**30 days or more** before the service date **100% Refund**
**15 to 29 days** before the service date **50% Refund**
**7 to 14 days** before the service date **25% Refund**
**Less than 7 days** before the service date **0% Refund (No Refund)**

3. Specific Service Exceptions

  • **🌴 Hotel & Villa Bookings:** Cancellation policies are often set by the individual hotel/villa. Guests are subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. Penalties may apply regardless of the notice period, especially during high or peak seasons.
  • **🛥️ Yacht & Private Charters:** Due to high operating costs, private charter deposits (usually 50%) are generally **non-refundable**. Cancellations are handled case-by-case and full payment may be required if cancelled less than 30 days prior.
  • **✈️ Flight & Fast Boat Tickets:** These are almost always **100% non-refundable** and non-transferable once issued.
  • **❌ No-Shows:** Failure to appear for a scheduled service, tour, or activity (“No-Show”) results in a **100% loss** of payment. No refunds will be provided.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • The administration process for refunds may take up to **7-14 business days** after confirmation of the eligible refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the booking (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
  • Note that currency fluctuations during the processing period are beyond our control.
