Exclusive Packages offer guided, in-depth experiences (1.5 to 5 hours) with more activities, optional lunch, and English-speaking guides. Walk-In Packages are shorter, flexible, and ideal for spontaneous visits or quick chocolate education and hands-on Bali Chocolate Making sessions.

Yes! Our Bali Chocolate Experience and Chocolate Agrotourism Bali activities are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Children under 10 years receive 50% off (must be accompanied by parents). Many activities like chocolate molding, tasting, and farm tracking are especially fun for kids.

Yes. We use 100% Organic Chocolate Bali from our own certified organic cacao plantations. The entire process is chemical-free, supporting sustainable farming and local farmers.

Lunch is optional and can be added to all Exclusive Packages. It features local Balinese and chocolate-inspired dishes. Walk-In Packages do not include lunch, but you can enjoy meals at our chocolate-themed restaurant.

Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on farms and rice fields. We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, and a camera. No special equipment is needed.

12. What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the activity. 50% charge applies for cancellations 3–7 days prior, and 100% for less than 3 days. Please contact us as early as possible.
13. Can I buy chocolate and souvenirs on site?
Absolutely! Our on-site shop offers a wide range of organic chocolate bars, raw chocolate, hot chocolate powder, souvenirs, and unique flavors. You can also take home the chocolate you make during the workshop.
