- Billing Procedure: Down payment is 25% of the total (schedule reserved upon payment). 50% is due 30 days before the trip. Full payment is due 14 days before sailing. For bookings less than 14 days prior, full payment is required within 7 days.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 10:00 AM (or based on flight arrival). Check-out is at 01:00 PM (or based on departure flight).
- Cancellation Policy: The down payment is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 14 days before the trip will receive no refund. No-shows or early departures are strictly non-refundable.
- Force Majeure: In cases of uncontrollable events (e.g., extreme weather, war, labor stoppages) preventing normal operations, trips will be rescheduled based on availability.
