What To Expect
Your bus will arrive at your hotel or villa at the designated time. Please wait for your driver at the reception of your hotel or near your villa.
Hop aboard and leave the stress of navigating busy roads behind as this comfortable bus will take you to your scheduled activities, favourite locations, or your last-minute souvenir shopping.
The drivers know all ins and outs of the island and will take you to your destination via the fastest possible route.
At the end of your trip, the driver will take you back to your accommodation.
Important note
Parking fees are not included in the price.
You have an option to extend your time onboard the bus. Additional hourly rate is payable directly to the driver in cash.
Additional charge is incurred if you wish to travel to certain remote areas.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds, subject to a 10% penalty, are issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled departure time, or upon presentation of an official medical document.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
- A full refund is issued if the service cannot be rendered by the provider.
- We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days from the date of receipt.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date the return request is approved.
- Refunds are processed based on the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day the refund is made.

Please note:
- parking fees are not included in the price
- if you are traveling with children who does not occupy a separate seat, you do not need to specify them in the booking form
- additional charge is incurred if you wish to travel to certain remote areas – 900 000 idr
- there is an option to extend your time onboard the minibus. Additional hourly rate is payable directly to the driver in cash – 240 000 idr / per hour
