1. Booking: Reservations should be made at least one month prior to departure. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

2. Payment: Full payment is due 14 days before departure.

3. Cancellation:

   • 7 days before departure: 50% refund.
   • 5 days before departure: 10% refund.
   • 3 days before departure: No refund.

4. Changes: Any changes to the itinerary or number of participants should be made at least 7 days in advance.

5. Seasonal Rates: Prices are based on low season rates. For weekends, long weekends, or peak seasons, please confirm with our tour division for updated pricing.

6. Accommodation: If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar quality hotel will be provided.

7. Child Rates:

   • With extra bed: 75% of adult price.
   • Without bed (ages 2–10): 50% of adult price (must share with parents).
   • Infants (0–23 months): Free.
